Senior Vice President
Secret Recipe Protector
Having been trusted at a young age with the names of Kentucky Fried Chicken’s 11 herbs and spices, and never revealing the secret, Bill proved to be a trustworthy young man. He leveraged this experience into a career in global recipe security. Midnight meetings, truth serums, and disguises were everyday occurrences in Bill’s “pre-InTouch” life. As a globe-trotting, undercover operative in the Central Intelligence Agency’s elite Recipe Protection Division (RPD), Bill spent many years dodging bullets and evading intelligence officers while insuring the secrecy of society’s favorites like McDonald’s secret Big Mac sauce, Dr. Pepper, Bush’s Baked Beans, as well as his favorite, KFC. Today Bill continues to guard our secrets but spends most of his time developing and lecturing about veterinary medicine’s most effective marketing solutions!
Katie began what would become InTouch Practice Communications from her dining room table in 1995. She now leads the InTouch team of marketing professionals, helping veterinarians effectively reach pet owners in their communities. Katie lives in Northwest Indiana with her family.
Country Music Superstar
You might not recognize her face, but chances are, you know popular country songs that were inspired by Katie. Having been born and raised in Nashville, Katie grew up working the country music circuit with many of today’s popular singer/songwriters. It wasn’t until she received a CMA award this year for “Stuck with You Like Gum on My Shoe” that she realized collectively, she has spent five weeks at #1 on the country music charts! Katie is honored to be an inspiration to the country music community and gladly displays the trophy in her basement bar.
Christen received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue University in 2010 and became part of the InTouch family in 2012. As the company grew, Christen’s role evolved several times until she earned her current position as Director of Operations. When she is not meeting with the leadership team, you can find her busy evaluating systems and processes, supporting organizational and employee development, and auditing the company’s overall health.
In her spare time, Christen loves to go on walks with her best friend Sadie (American Bulldog) while listening to audiobooks or inspirational videos. She has a deep passion for self-development and carves out time to attend Tony Robbins’ seminars at least once a year. Additional passions include OrangeTheory Fitness, studying leadership and communication, and working with a life coach to support her goal of ongoing personal growth.
Christen went through a 10-year period without speaking, which led to her career as the top performer at The Mime Company (TMC) in Chicago. Playing various roles for TMC, she earned multiple awards and quickly became an icon for the miming community. After a dangerous leap in her last performance, Orpheus and Eurydice, she took a hard fall that led to the end of her career with TMC. Christen now looks forward to the launch of her upcoming autobiography, “From My Mind, Through My Mime,” in which she talks about what it was like to live a life full of expression without speaking.

Amanda is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Rensselaer, IN, with a degree in mass communication. She is Facebook certified and enjoys helping our clients by creating compelling and fun Facebook ads. She has a Calico cat, Isles, who loves to watch YouTube videos of birds and enjoys being a ham. Amanda has spent time taking care of cats on her parents’ porch throughout the years – naming them all after TV detectives (Gibbs, Ziva, etc.). In her spare time, she enjoys drinking all sorts of different hot teas (black, green, herbal, etc.), reading posts and comments on various Facebook groups, trivia, and playing SongPop – a Name That Tune app that she’s very good at.
Amanda is a criminal-fighting machine with a heart of gold. With years of experience, she and her cats have formed a dynamic team to take down the bad guys in a timely fashion. Her base is full of cat detectives that are always on the hunt. She and her cat detective team have received numerous awards for their great teamwork.
Ashley graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Columbia College in Chicago, with a focus on advertising and graphic design. She began her professional career working in the newspaper and magazine industries, but smoothly transitioned into wonderful world of web design and digital marketing in 2015. She currently resides in her hometown of Griffith, IN, with her husband, Tim, toddler son, Alek, and her very dog-like kitten. On weekends, you can find Ashley at flea markets, thrift stores, and estate sales, shopping for treasures to stock her online store, which features vintage decor and housewares.
Big City Dreamer
Ashley was born in a small, electricity-free cabin in the mountains of Montana. She grew up tending to the goats and chickens, and became very fond of woodworking. When she wasn’t taking care of her nine younger siblings, she liked to go out and find a quiet spot amongst the tall trees to daydream of the big city. She secretly wanted to act on Broadway. One misty morning, Ashley hopped aboard an eastbound freight train. Unfortunately, she was caught and thrown out in Northwest Indiana, which happens to be the home of InTouch Practice Communications. The rest is history!
Manager, Digital Marketing
Carl has been involved in digital marketing for over 14 years with extensive experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, web design, web development and digital strategy. An alumni from the University of Illinois-Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Carl has worked across several verticals including e-commerce, banking, home improvement and more. When not helping vets grow their businesses online, Carl enjoys cooking (makes a mean pizza), fishing, boating, golfing and anything outdoors.
As a published author of the critically-acclaimed books, “Carl Eats What He Gets” and “Noodle Rescue: Tales from the Udon”, Carl is an industry expert in all things noodles.
From Pad Thai to spaghetti carbonara, Carl knows his craft very well. In fact, when restaurants need to bring in an expert, Carl is who they call. “We’re looking for three things guys: texture, consistency and taste. TEXTURE, CONSISTENCY AND TASTE DAMNIT!”, Carl says during one of his “consultations”. Known for his on-camera blowups and expressive behavior, Carl helps struggling noodle-focused restaurants grow through tough love. “This Pad Thai belongs on the Poo Poo Platter!”
Manager, Message On-Hold
Evelyn is the Message On-Hold Manager for InTouch Practice Communications, an alumnus of Indiana University, and a vocal proponent of Android devices. She is also the proud mama of a corgi named Fenton, and 2 human pups, Riddick and Zelda.
Born to an Irish ship captain and a gypsy maid, Evelyn was abandoned in a field in America’s heartland at the tender age of 2. Found and raised by kindly alpaca farmers in a sleepy community, she was well-cared for and loved. However, craving for more than what her hometown could provide, she set out for the wilds of Northwest Indiana, and started her life at InTouch Practice Communications.
Jaime Mitsos was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL her entire life up until college. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, where she ran division one cross country and track, and also was a part of a sorority. Jaime decided to continue her education, and earned her Masters degree from The University Of Iowa – CIMBA Italy. Jaime spent the past year living in a small village in northern Italy immersed in her studies. Something unique about Jaime is, she loves to travel and experience different cultures & has lived in four different countries at the age of 23! Jaime’s favorite food is pizza and in her free time she likes to spend time with her friends and family.
In the years before InTouch Jaime spent her time traveling to various continents experiencing the beauty of the world. As a Globetrotter you experience many unique things from sitting in a beer bath in Prague, to snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Jaime’s biggest fear in life is that the airlines are going to check the weight of her carry on bag causing a ripple effect in her travel plans. The backpacking Globetrotter hopes to become a traveling nomad who disappears into the depths of the world to seek travel.
James graduated from Purdue University in 2012, with a master’s degree in science and a focus in computer graphics technology. Before joining InTouch, he taught classes at the college level that focused mostly on different coding courses or website development. He joined the team at InTouch in 2014 as a front-end website developer. Since then, he has helped with the development of a few of the major projects, such as the Vetovia reminder system. He spends most of his free time relaxing with his parents, sister and her family, and his own pets.
As the reincarnation of Loki, the Norse god of mischief, James enjoys spending his days perplexing and pranking his co-workers. He can often be found using his shapeshifting abilities to confuse the UPS and FedEx delivery people when they come to drop off packages, take advantage of senior citizen discounts at local restaurants, and entertain his massive amount of Twitter followers with his kooky and harmless hijinks. James has two pets: a husky named Fenrir, and a snake named Jörmungandr. When asked about his fellow Norse gods, James becomes withdrawn, and only states that “it’s a Thor subject.”
Jeff has been in sales & marketing for 23 years helping small and medium size businesses grow in the digital world. Married with 2 kids that took over the household and made it a zoo, they currently have a dog, cat, hamster, 2 turtles, some fish and a crayfish.

Jen graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in the spring of 2018. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Media with a minor in Marketing. During her first year after graduating college, she worked as a freelance production assistant on a handful of production sets in Chicago. Jen then started working at InTouch in May of 2019.
Since the day she was born, she’s always had a dog. Growing up, she had a black Lab, yellow Labs, Husky, and a German Shepherd. Now Jen is a proud mom to a 14-year-old fur baby. In her spare time, she loves to read, spend time with friends, pet every dog she sees, and watch movies (she’s a huge movie nerd).
Part Time Film Editor
Growing up surrounded by some of the most famous filmmakers the world has ever seen, it was inevitable that I would pick a career path in Media. But it wasn’t until I started college that I realized my true calling was in film editing. After working on countless student films, I got my first Academy recognition at the 2019 Oscars. I won my first Oscar for Film Editing for my film “Solo”, which also won an Oscar for Best Picture. I now do editing as a side job, but I’m looking forward to my return to the Dolby Theatre.
Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Purdue Northwest and focused in Media and minored in Psychology. When he is not working at InTouch he spends his time recording music, filming, and collaging. He has a black cat named Mr. Handsome Johnson Sausage Wilson III, a.k.a. El Gato Diablo.
The morning after a full moon transformation, John awoke in his werewolf form in front of the InTouch building. Believing he was a wounded animal, the staff helped him inside and gave him food and water. After the beast was fed, John made InTouch his home and he works there full-time to help cover the cost of his food, vet, and grooming bills.
From the time I was a little girl watching Bewitched on TV, I’ve always wanted to become the female Darin Stevens. Advertising and being creative have always been my passion, from drawing and cake decorating to naming a fudge shop in the Illini Union when I was a senior in college at University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign (I named it True Confections, by the way).
I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago and moved to Northwest Indiana when my boys were two and four years old. I’ve worked as a copywriter, copy chief, marketing manager and creative director in advertising agencies, in-house advertising departments and corporate marketing departments, and owned several businesses including a personalized gift business, where I hand painted gifts for babies and young children. Fun facts: I was on Bozo’s Circus, was a Welcome Wagon Lady, a contestant on Wheel of Fortune and a semi-finalist in a cooking competition. I also won a national gingerbread house decorating contest.
I’ve recently taken up gardening and I love to read, walk and travel. Chocolate and coffee are definitely two of my four food groups and I enjoy cooking new and exciting dishes for my taste-tester husband.
Oz Tuba Player
Living in the Midwest, I’ve always had an intense fear of tornadoes and make a beeline for the basement whenever a tornado watch is issued. That’s because, just like Dorothy, I was swept up by a tornado as a little girl and landed in Oz. I spent a great deal of my childhood living among the Munchkins, where I learned to dance and play tuba in an Oompa Loompa Band. Thanks to my embedding in the Munchkin community, I was able to get a job as a reporter for the Oz Gazette and wrote a lengthy exposé on the Tin Man and his love life. I was finally sent home by Glenda the Good Witch when she decided that Judy Garland would be a better fit for the role of Dorothy. Glenda told me to click my heels three times and do the Chicken Dance and then, poof! I was back home in the Midwest. I sure miss those Munchkins, but there’s no place like home.

Kate graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN. She enjoys working with the wonderful people at InTouch Practice Communications, where everyone calls her “KK.”
She grew up in Las Vegas but currently lives in Lowell, IN with her husband, Nick, and dog, Cooper. Football, weightlifting, and working out are her passions. You’ll find her at the gym, bright and early, every morning before work.
College Football Star
So, you want to know about Kate? You mean to say you’ve never heard of her before? As a former wide receiver for the University of Notre Dame, she broke the record for career touchdowns with 200. She’s still the record holder to this day. A career in the NFL could have been her future if it were not for the high ankle sprain. So, here she is continuing the dream and ready to be your future analyst.
Not long after graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Kathryn found herself working in a place she least expected—a small, privately owned veterinary practice. She would spend the next 5+ years there, improving her people skills and getting to meet cute dogs and cats every day. In 2017, she joined InTouch to do something she had been wanting to do for a career for years—write. Later that year, she received her master’s degree in communications and swore to never set foot on another college campus ever again.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys reading, learning about all kinds of new and interesting topics (cryptids, history, weather, politics, you name it), hanging out at Barnes & Noble, drawing, painting, playing video games, and going to the gym.
Former Child Star
Former Italian child star Caterina Frittata was booted out of her home country following accusations that she was plotting to overthrow former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. She fled across the Atlantic to the United States where she was granted asylum, gave herself a generic name, and learned English by binge-watching all 9 seasons of Seinfeld. *bass slap* Wanting to live as inconspicuously as possible, she moved with her grandmother (who had been living stateside for several years) and 3 cats into a tiny apartment in the inconspicuous Midwest. She got an inconspicuous writing job to help pay the rent, and in her spare time, she enjoys making Turkish coffee and watching Fellini films.

Kevin graduated with a degree in marketing from Benedictine University in 2015 where he also played football all 4 years. After surprisingly not being a first-round draft pick in the NFL, he decided to take his talents to the world of digital marketing. Over the years, Kevin has become sort of a “jack of all trades” in digital marketing with experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, web design and development, and more. After spending almost 5 years in the home improvement industry, Kevin found himself at InTouch in March of 2020.
Outside of InTouch, Kevin enjoys golfing, reliving the glory days in flag football leagues, ruining every Sunday in the fall watching the Bears, spending time/traveling with his girlfriend (a soon to be veterinarian!), and going out with friends, pre-COVID of course.
Professional Bad Golfer
When his dreams were crushed after somehow not making it to the NFL after playing prestigious Division III football in one of the worst conferences in the nation, Kevin decided to take on a much, much easier activity – golf. Usually, golf is referred to as the most difficult sport – but not for Kevin. What was believed to be beginner’s luck turned out to be a masterful skill. Kevin continuously sets course records for new high scores almost every time he’s out on the links! It seems as if every hole he plays, he invokes a stroke limit (that’s when your score is so high that they don’t even let you finish the hole!) “Of all the golfers I’ve played with, Kevin is definitely one of them.” – Random guy who got paired with Kevin at a local course. You can learn more about Kevin’s incredible journey in his autobiography, “A Subpar Life”.
Kimberly was born and raised in Illinois. She went to college at Grand Valley State University in Michigan for three years and graduated from Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in graphic design and multi-media. Since graduating, she has worked in advertising for about 20 years as a designer, over seven of which have been with InTouch Practice Communications. Kimberly has been married for over 14 years and has two young boys (who always keep her on her toes). She enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, running, creating art (photos, paints, crafts with the kids, etc.). Family and friends are what mean the most to her; it’s where her heart is.
Cartoon Voice Actor
Kimberly was the voice of Cookie the Mouse from the infamous children’s cartoon “Mouse House.” Being that she loves working with children and has a soft, squeaky voice, it was the perfect job for her…or so she thought. Cookie really enjoyed cookies (which is how the mouse got its name, of course), and Kimberly stayed in character a little too long, even off set. She really loved her job and started to eat chocolate chip cookies ALL. THE. TIME. She ate them so much that she started to develop chocolate chip freckles everywhere, so it was time to move on. She now works at InTouch and is freckle-free. She’s still creative, but on the digital front. On occasion, you can still catch her with a cookie or two, but of a different kind: snickerdoodle (shh!).
Krissie graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater. Before InTouch, she spent thirteen years in the hospitality business. She enjoys shopping, going out to dinner, and the occasional visit to Blue Chip Casino!
Krissie had always been a morning person until over a decade ago she was bitten by a bat and turned into a vampire. Unable to go out during the day, she was forced to work graveyard shifts. Then one day while surfing the net, she came across a website that advertised sunblock with an SPF of 1000! Able to venture out into the sunlight again, she enrolled in business school and developed her own line of vampire-friendly treats, including the #1 seller “Blood” Suckers.
Laura grew up in Northwest Indiana and studied English, theology, and psychology. Although she desired a career in social work and interior design, her career path led to the field of accounting. What she loves the most about working at InTouch is that the environment is one that fosters creativity as well as growth. But what she admires most is the family atmosphere and bonds that have developed between the staff members over the years. Laura has two beautiful grown daughters and a dog named Miley. She is an animal lover and feels a calling to help them in any capacity that she is able. When she’s not at work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, horseback riding, and traveling, and she gravitates to anything that makes her laugh.
Laura worked undercover as an international spy gathering intelligence on the copycat capers of the infamous Julia Child. If you’ve never heard the rumors of Julia as a secret agent for the OSS (Office of Strategic Services), you might be surprised to know that in addition to her ability to demonstrate her exceptional culinary arts to the world, she also dabbled in the world of espionage. Women of subsequent eras have admired the audacious spirit of Julia and have attempted to duplicate her sophisticated lifestyle by conjuring up scenarios in which they could inject their craftiness and seductive behavior into the world of intrigue. They came in all forms but mostly disguised in the form of the culinarian. Laura’s job was to find and expose those women.
Lisa graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and brings a great deal of marketing experience to the table as well. In her role as a Product Lead, she combines her detail-oriented skills with her ability to multi-task to drive projects forward with development and ensure our clients’ needs are met. Since graduating, she has worked for an international sports manufacturer and also in the front offices of Triple-A and Single-A Minor League Baseball teams. In her spare time, she loves to bowl, golf, fish, and spend time with her two lovable rescue dogs, Soni and Lela.
A prodigy ahead of her time? Check. Fought toe-to-toe with Gotham’s most unsavory villains? Double-check. Bailed out the Dark Knight on countless occasions? Capital “C” check. She is vengeance… she is the night… she is… BATGIRL! Lisa Marie found her calling as Batgirl, the more attractive and audibly appealing alternative to Bruce Wayne’s persona. By day, she’s a mild-mannered billionaire. By night, Lisa Marie is keeping her city and its citizens safe from the villainous scum who would otherwise love nothing more than to watch the world burn.
Customer Service Representative
Madison graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2018 with a degree in Political Science. She especially enjoys assisting customers in explaining elements of their contract as she plans to attend law school in the future. Outside of the office Madison enjoys playing with her dog, exercising, and baking.
Field Weather Reporter
Before InTouch, Madison spent three years as a weather reporter stationed at San Francisco’s wind hill. “I fell in love with the wind as a child after watching Gone With With The Wind with my parents” says Madison. She continues…”After three years of untangling my hair and picking bugs from my teeth, I found that the movie has nothing to do with the weather and have since moved back to less windy Indiana.”
Michelle graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2012 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and comes to InTouch with a background in graphic design and website development, and a love and passion for all animals. Her favorite animals are dogs, horses, and unicorns (yes, they’re real).
Michelle is from Illinois, is a native “south sider,” and lives with her boyfriend and two children. You can often find her at home, catering to her artistic side, baking, cooking, keeping up with the latest happenings in the nerd universe, or out and about attending a variety of sports activities for the kids, or supporting local bands in the Chicagoland music scene.
You might recognize Michelle from a popular food-related competition show. Four bakers faced off in an epic battle for cupcake superiority. One by one, each contender was eliminated as they were judged on taste, presentation, and display. She is a master baker, three-time champion of Cupcake Wars, and has travelled the globe in search of the perfect cupcake. Michelle is still unsatisfied and will not rest until she becomes the first person to perfect the delicate balance between flavor and texture and create “the perfect cupcake.”
As a Marketing Strategist at InTouch Practice Communications, Mike works with our clients and internal teams to plan and deploy digital marketing tactics that will achieve maximum return on investment and exceed established goals. Mike has worked in the digital marketing space for more than 13 years, honing his talents in branding and positioning, copywriting, client retention, campaign development, direct response, email marketing, and more.
Mike lives in Northwest Indiana with his wife and two kids, and their Yorkie-Pomeranian, Louis. Mike spends his free time with family, visiting local parks and zoos, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
Monkey Mafia Don
Mike spent his youth on the mean streets of Highland, IN as a pickpocket and street magician with his pet monkey Sancho. To escape the law, he fled to an island off the coast of Thailand to live with Sancho’s family. During the dot com boom, he smuggled Sancho and his family back to America where they sold their monkey business ideas to the highest bidders. Mike now masquerades as a strategist for InTouch while secretly acting as the monkey mafia Don for the Midwest’s largest troop of primate pickpockets.
Milos graduated in the summer of 2016 from the Illinois Institute of Art, where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. A short while later, he joined the incredible team at InTouch as a fresh graphic designer. Milos enjoys playing video games & making art in his free time. He currently resides in Tinley Park with his girlfriend Constantina. Together, they like going out with friends, finding adventure, or just binge watching TV.
Aspiring Sriracha Bottle
Since early childhood, Milos always had big dreams of one day becoming a condiment. But not just any condiment, he aspires one day to become a spicy bottle of Sriracha goodness. Of course, given his human anatomy, he experiences some physical limitations. People always tell him he can’t actually be a bottle of Sriracha. Regardless, he’s a dreamer, and nothing will deter him from his legacy. Sometimes he’ll even go to grocery stores and perch next to his Sriracha brethren, often frightening the locals.
Nikki has been a part of the InTouch team for over eight years. Although she has a heavy background in front-end development, Nikki truly loves all aspects of marketing and brings her experience in agency, in-house, and freelance work to the table. She has a knack for creative problem solving and applies this toward helping to develop more efficient processes and standards for the creative team.
Her favorite thing about working at InTouch is that even though the company has grown into a large agency, it still takes the “mom-and-pop” approach by handling all clients with special care. As the Creative Manager, she helps the team develop and maintain processes as well as design standards to provide that special care.
When she is not discussing solutions or improvements with the team, Nikki enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with her son, Landon, and fiancé, Mat, and playing with her Chihuahua, Bella.
Chihuahua Gymnastics Coach
Before joining InTouch, Nikki was the world’s first Chihuahua gymnastics coach. But since Chihuahuas aren’t that flexible, and they’re too tiny to see from the grandstands, her career was short-lived. Now, footage and images of her Chihuahua team are just the butts of memes and GIFs all over the Web.
As a Marketing Strategist at InTouch Practice Communications, Rachel works with clients and agency leaders to plan and deploy digital marketing campaigns. Rachel graduated from Ball State University in 2018, joining InTouch shortly after where she began applying her passion for the veterinary industry and marketing talents. When she is not impacting the digital growth of the company and her clients, Rachel enjoys exploring new places, roller blading, watching documentaries, and practicing guitar.
Growing up, Rachel always felt different. Being able to communicate with the dead was not something the rest of the kids had in common. Rachel has since mastered her skills of talking to spirits and has become the world’s most sought-after Medium. Rachel practices her mediumship on her famous TV show, Lake County Medium. You can watch Rachel perform her mediumship for A-list stars on Tuesday nights at 11pm on ZXY channel.
Ryan graduated from Purdue University Calumet in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Graphics Technology. Before joining InTouch as a Project Coordinator, Ryan worked in the field as a designer and developer. When he’s not working, he enjoys watching Chicago Bears football for some reason, nerding out on craft beers, and attending metal concerts. He and his wife, Alesha, are expecting their first child in March of 2020 and they also have a dog named Frank and a cat named Gracie.
Washed up Ping Pong Master
At a young age Ryan was recruited by a secret order of shaolin monks to be hand crafted into a ping pong weapon. Over the years his body and mind were carefully developed using ancient knowledge previously thought to be lost to the ages. He did not know pain, he did not know fear, he also did not know how to control his back hand. Ultimately it was his undoing. He was expelled from the secret order of shaolin monks in disgrace. Now he uses his talents to ruin the game of ping pong for young children and anyone showing the slightest interest in the sport.
Shaun graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s in Computer Graphics Technology in 2016, and joined the InTouch team as a Web Developer near the end of 2017. He grew up living in Lafayette, Indiana for the past 20 years and recently bought a house in the Northwest Indiana area. Although he doesn’t currently have any pets, back home he has two cats named Sherbert and Antsy and frequently sees their siblings, Mac and Cheese. Shaun enjoys video games (specifically jRPGs), watching anime, reading and writing fantasy novels, going bowling with his family, and other “nerdy” stuff.
Shaun is a dragon-bonded mage from the middle of Nowheresville, Indiana. When he didn’t get his letter to go to a wizard school when he was young, Shaun was disappointed. Shaun had already discovered that he could use magic, and he had been hoping the stories were true. Since no letter came, he started studying on his own in his free time. Fast forward a few years, and Shaun has learned some spells; however, he hasn’t become very “accurate” with them– he tried to summon a snowstorm to his doorstep, and it landed in Hawaii. Recently he discovered a dragon egg which he was able to hatch. The dragon, named Tavis, instantly bonded with Shaun, allowing the mage to draw upon Tavis’s magical abilities to boost his own spells. Nowadays he spends his time searching for new books for spells and also ways to teach a dragon not to eat his shoes.
Tammy graduated with a degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. She has spent her career working in her field with various type of businesses ranging from small privately-owned companies to global manufacturing companies. Tammy joined InTouch in late 2018 and is excited to add her skills and experience to the InTouch team.
At home, you’ll find Tammy raising her 2 boys, playing with her 2 cats, talking to her 2 birds, and feeding her fish. In her free time, you’ll find her catching up on her favorite TV shows and spending time with her friends and family.
After being stalked by paparazzi for most of her young life, Tammy decided to jump across the table and become the spying eye behind the lens. Snapping award-winning incognito pictures of her favorite celebrities is what has earned Tammy a place in the PHOF (Paparazzi Hall of Fame). Her ability to seek out, find, and stalk celebrities is unmatched in her field.
When Tammy is not taking pictures, you can find her studying up on the competition by reading People Magazine, watching E! News and learning everything she can about all of the Real Housewives on Bravo.

Digital Marketing Analyst
Tony graduated from Indiana University Northwest in the fall of 2017 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He joined the InTouch team in July 2018 as an SEO Analyst. He enjoys playing and writing music, going to Cubs games, and spending too much of his money on records.
Tony was the starting goaltender for the Chicago Blackhawks. During his five-year career with the team, he never once allowed the opposing team to score a goal. EVER. He is also the only goalie in NHL history to score a hat trick. But you won’t find any of his stats anywhere. After retiring, the NHL decided not to recognize any of his amazing accomplishments since it was “unfair” to the other players.
