Designed to build deep client relationships with great culture and communication plans

Building on success

Zoetis and Bill Schroeder have continued their work together in building the most impactful and entertaining practice educational sessions available in veterinary medicine. These sessions have resulted in exceptional reviews and practices that are better prepared to be successful to face today's challenges. We’ve developed both entry and more advanced courses that will allow Zoetis reps the opportunity to continue to provide the most cutting edge education available, regardless of budget.

Your clients need help with culture. We are here to help with a program for every need!

We have created three different types of sessions designed to fit most any need. If you don’t see something you like or have a special need, please feel free to reach out so that we can discuss how we can help you help as many practices as possible.

Building a Practice Culture

90 Minute Lunch or Dinner Session

This very interactive session is typically delivered to small groups (10-30 attendees based upon room size and need) but can be modified to be delivered to a single practice. Single practice delivery would create a situation whereby all content would be custom tailored around that individual practice’s needs.

Winning With Great Practice Culture

Course Description

For years my team and I have worked with practices to help develop and promote the power of culture.  We have learned how to control messaging and processes around communication to produce optimum results and a stable practice environment.  These learnings have become a very interactive and impactful 90-minute live taught experience that focuses on trust, culture, transparency, and modern (often overlooked) mediums that successful practices use to express and validate such.  These extremely timely sessions are designed to have attendees uncover their “why” and leverage the power of an informed, unified team.

Attendees will leave with a series of worksheets designed to make the learnings actionable.  These include the worksheets for culture evaluation, team workshop guidance, and templates for creating culture management devices introduced during the session.

Key Take Aways:

  • Understand the components of a culture rich practice
  • Develop a clear view of how to evaluate your current culture climate
  • Learn how to create and support a culture that your team and clients need
  • Explore the impact of a truly inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Learn how to leverage modern communication and marketing techniques designed to reach pet owners with your brand culture

Winning With Great Practice Culture WEBINAR

This webinar has been created to serve large and small groups that cannot gather in person with the perhaps “tired” webinar attendee in mind.  Our approach to creating an engaged and productive learning atmosphere is far from the traditional “talking head” sessions that fail to hold the attention of the audience.  Our approach effectively delivers the information promised and leaves the audience excited about implementing the techniques discussed and ultimately grateful for the convenience of the platform.

Practice Culture Building Workshop

It is hard to argue the value of great practice culture.  In fact, in a time where practice resources are stretched to the point where service, employee retention, and business development suffer, successful practices argue that culture building efforts could be cornerstone to success.   This workshop encapsulates the basic culture driving concepts of trust, transparency, and communication within a “train the trainer” approach to best prepare the attendee to return to the practice and implement the techniques learned.

The Experience

Attendees will work together within the workshop to develop a culture for the group.  In doing so, every attendee will be exposed to real life scenarios that require the techniques, exercises, and tools used to develop great culture.  This extremely interactive and enjoyable half day session provides the understanding and confidence necessary to return and immediately implement a culture development process.

Attendees will leave with a guidebook designed to provide immediate and ongoing culture focused support.  This tool becomes the “go to” tool for leading practice level culture workshops and includes the worksheets for culture evaluation, team exercise guidance, and templates for creating culture management devices introduced during the workshop.  The unique experience gained during the workshop provides the attendee with great confidence and insight making implementation a streamlined process.

Key Take Aways:

  • Understand the components of a culture rich practice
  • Learn how to manage common situations that arise during culture building exercises
  • Understand how to identify who should be on the “culture development team” at the attendee’s practice
  • Learn how to engage a less than interested practice owner or team member
  • Develop a clear view of how to evaluate your current culture climate
  • Learn how to create and support a culture that your team and clients need
  • Explore the impact of a truly inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Learn how to leverage modern communication and marketing techniques designed to reach pet owners with your brand culture
