With our Flex Plus plan, we offer you unlimited changes including verbiage updates, swapping out messages, and trying different music options, all for one affordable annual fee.

Nope. You’ll work with one of our talented scriptwriters who does all the dotting of I’s and crossing of T’s for you.
Once your order is placed and your completed questionnaire is received, a scriptwriter will reach out to you to complete a one-on-one interview. Once the interview is complete we work to have a first draft of your script ready for you to review within a week. Our scriptwriter will work with you to edit and adjust the first draft to your liking, and won't stop until you’re satisfied. Once the script is finalized and approved by you, we can record and edit your script and send your completed on-hold programs to you within 10 to 15 business days.
Yes! We’ll help you get the right information from your VOIP provider so we can format the programs correctly.
Simply call or email us with any changes at any time, and we’ll have your new programs written and recorded in no time at all.
Changes are usually charged a la carte, but when you join Flex Plus, you’ll enjoy unlimited changes to your script for one low fee of $399 a year. The Flex Plus Plan does not cover legal business name changes, auto-attendant changes, voicemail changes, male voice talent, or connecting messages.
