We’ll send you your very own on-hold player. Set-up is a breeze, but if you need help, we’re a phone call away. If you have a VOIP system, you won’t need a player!

Your scriptwriter writes your script, our voice talent records the messages after you approve it, and our audio engineer mixes it with music you’ve selected.

Once everything is perfected, we send you your program with instructions for how to upload it to your player or VOIP system.

Need to make changes? We make updates fast, easy, and convenient. Simply call or email us with changes, and we’ll make it happen. You can either pay a la carte for each change or join our Flex Plus program for unlimited changes for one low annual fee.
