The Village Vets, led by doctors Will and Fran Draper, came onboard in 2018. We designed new mobile-friendly websites for their 3 locations and developed a digital marketing roadmap to fuel their growth.
Previous to InTouch, their Google Ads were run by someone locally. We were able to reduce their cost per conversion from $45 to less than $13 while bringing in 1,800 additional calls or appointment requests.

In June 2019 we began an exciting partnership with Mendocino Animal Hospital, a successful AAHA-accredited practice in Ukiah, California. At the time, they were paying a consultant to handle their website and digital marketing. Their appointment book was full, but they weren’t attracting pet owners who could take advantage of high-value services like dental care, laser therapy, and TPLO surgery. They were also having difficulty attracting talented veterinarians who could help them grow.

Veterinary Healthcare Associates (VHA) is a successful general medicine, emergency, and specialty referral practice owned by Dr. Loren Nations and based in Winter Haven, Florida. They began partnering with InTouch in 2018, with their redesigned veterinary website launching October 2020, and their separate recruiting website going live just a year later in October 2021.
Shortly after partnering with us, VHA saw an 81% increase in the number of actions taken on their GMB listing. After a website redesign, their traffic trend continued with a 36% increase in actions taken on their GMB listing. These actions include click to call, click for directions, and click to view website.
VHA has also seen a 1.3X increase in calls from their GMB listing. This traffic increase has helped them reach new clients and expand both their client base and their recruiting efforts.
